Description
Elevated scents of lime juice, Granny Smith apple and lemon are trailed by subtle floral and steely mineral notes. Dry and steely with a linear mouthfeel crunchy lime juice, green apple and lemon flavours are intermeshed with notions of wet steel and flinty mineral characters. The tightly coiled conclusion showing plenty of tension and focus. A fine example of Margaret River Riesling indeed.
